you touch everything."

Welcome to Willowgum Natural Therapies on the Mid North Coast, where

there are treatments to suit many health care needs.

Based in Woolgoolga, and following a redirection from a career as a Registered Nurse, Caroline Hayward is a qualified Naturopath and Homoeopath with over 30 years clinical experience. Caroline's continued professional registration with Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA) and Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) maintains the highest standard for practice in these treatments, as well as underpinning her now expanded repertoire.

With a multidimensional perspective to healing Caroline graduated from

UNE with a degree in Health Science in 2001, is qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist maintaining her membership with the Pacific Association Craniosacral Therapists (PACT), and is also a qualified Bowen Technique

practitioner. Collectively, Caroline's qualifications provide a deep under- standing and a well rounded holistic approach for her patient's individual requirements.

From Caroline - "I believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel the benefits of a body/mind dynamic approach to their health needs, be it complementary to the orthodox approach or as an alternative". Wanting a holistic, gentle approach to treating my young family's childhood illnesses in the early 1990's started me on this journey; I now commit my services to helping others as there is potential for relief and healing of even the most chronic conditions.

My comfortable and quiet practice in a bush environment has easy accessibility and amenities. If you're unable to come to me then I'm happy to make a home visit for your convenience. I provide healthcare services recognised by ATMS, AHA, AROH and PACT with rebates depending on your private healthcare fund.

Contact me for a FREE 10 minute phone consultation where I can assess your needs and create a customised healing plan for you as your local Naturopath, Homoeopath, Bowen Technique, and Bio Dynamic Craniosacral practitioner. My fees are flexible and affordable which I'm happy to discuss for

your present needs.

It's Your Health and Your Choice - you have everything to gain!"

Translated as 'Like Cures Like' the Law of Similar's is the hallmark for Homoeopathy. A substance that produces symptoms in a healthy person is uniquely prepared and prescribed for those specific symptoms presented in a sick person. Homoeopathy is used worldwide as a gentle and holistic alternative medicine effectively treating both acute and chronic illness. Suitable to all ages and conditions. Homeopathic medicine is non-toxic, safe for babies, children, elderly and does not interfere with prescribed medications.

Supporting the body's own healing potential

and simply requiring the patient to lie

comfortably and fully clothed in a peaceful environment, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle non-invasive touch therapy observing subtle movements within the nervous system structures and energetics of the body. Central to the therapy is the understanding of the body's intelligence to heal and facilitate self-repair; reduce pain, improve sleep and digestion, and enhance your body awareness to better cope with chronic illness and the stress incurred.

Lifestyle, environmental influences, diet, nutrition, detoxification and massage therapy are integral to the holistic Naturopathic approach in supporting the healing process. Discussing your sleep patterns, digestion, habitual behaviour, stress-related issues, recent injury, emotional problems, mobility and muscular-skeletal issues etc. are part of the preventative or therapeutic treatment strategy

and assessment of a Naturopathic consultation.

Remedial massage, Herbal Medicine, Bach flower essences, supplements and dietary changes may be recommended for individual's needs.

Bowen technique is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy. Bowen moves as they are called are specific moves made with the hands over specific areas of muscle groups, joints and other soft tissue influencing & initiating the

healing response via the nervous system. Short resting periods between moves helps the body integrate this response. Detoxification is part of the process so drinking plenty of water and following recommended exercises is important for optimum benefit from your Bowen session. Loose comfortable warm clothing is recommended as the body naturally cools while releasing muscular tension and stress.
